FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Cash App

What do you do with my Junk?

We do our best to avoid the landfills by bringing items in acceptable condition to donation sites. We  recycle metal separately, and donate useable construction debris to Habitat For Humanity. We also donate unopened & non-expired foods & cleaners to PBC Food Drives. Items that aren't able to be donated or recycled are brought to the local transfer station, where they will sort it.

When can I schedule my service?

We do our best to offer same day & next day service, but as a small business, we fill up quickly. So always reach out as soon as possible to get your spot secured! We also offer 24/7 service by appointment only between the hours of 9pm-6am, if odd hours are needed to fit your schedule.

How much do you charge?

We charge based on how much space your items fill up in the truck. The truck is equivalent to the size of a 14-yard dumpster or a 8x10 small bedroom. The price includes all labor, disposal fees, and time. There are no hidden fees and we will provide you with a free estimate before we do any work.

Do you take construction debris?

While we do accept construction debris, we don't allow bulk amounts of concrete, tile, dirt, gravel, roofing material, granite & marble. Examples of debris allowed is wood, aluminum, metal, cabinets, fencing, carpet, and trash.

What won't you take?

While we do accept most household and office items, we don't allow hazardous items such as: bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners, herbicides, pesticides, wet paint, car fluids like gas or oil, fireworks, guns, ammo, pressurized containers (even if empty), or biohazard items such as pharmaceuticals, items with traces of feces or blood, needles, infectious waste, used medical treatment items.

We are licensed to remove non-hazardous items. We are not licensed to transport or dispose of any combustible, toxic, or unstable chemicals. Many of the everyday items listed above can be very harmful to the environment, water supply, have a contamination risk, and flammable risk. Call your local recycling or waste management facility for further assistance.

How big is your truck?

The trailer used is the size of a 8x10 bedroom, with measurements of 12 feet long, 6.5 feet wide, and 4 feet high. Items taller than 4' will be loaded vertically to create more room, if safe to do so. The truck is equal to the size of a 14-cubic yard dumpster when items are loaded vertically.

Why do I have to pay for the items I want to have donated?

Costs for removal still apply as we are still a functioning business with overhead to account for, labor costs to cover, and expenses to pay. We do try to donate your items but are more than often faced with denial from centers having lack of space for more inventory or not interested at the time in the items presented. We try our luck at at least 2 local locations before resorting to disposal. Please bare in mind that we are not a donation center, but a disposal business, that happens to strive to recycle first. We do what we can, but can't guarantee the success of donations.

Donation centers that allow drop off or free pick up are doing so by reselling your items to profit their organization, hence why they are becoming increasingly particular about what they accept. They have to keep up with trends, styles, value of items, and so on. Often times, their availability is too scarce to meet the timeline of donators, their restrictions of stairs or high rise buildings prevent pick up, or their  inventory has a specific need at the moment that may not align with your items.

Junk Removal services are called when there is no other option to remove your items. We always recommend donating or selling prior to service. If your situation doesn't allow for that, than we step in and clear your clutter.
